Independence

This is a private, independent procurement service. We are not part of the issuing bodies of the countries listed, we are not affiliated with them and we do not act on their behalf. We obtain the vignette on behalf of our customers for a separately stated service fee. The vignette can also be bought directly from the relevant issuing body without our service fee.

Names of issuing bodies and toll operators — such as ASFINAG (Austria), SFDI (Czechia), Nemzeti Útdíjfizetési Szolgáltató (Hungary), NDS (Slovakia) and DARS (Slovenia) — are used purely descriptively to identify the operator concerned. Trade mark rights of the respective holders remain unaffected.

Consumer dispute resolution

The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025, so no link to it is provided. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (section 36 VSBG). [To be confirmed by a lawyer.]
