Vertrag widerrufen — withdraw your contract

Withdraw your contract here

You do not have to give a reason and you do not have to log in. All we need are the details that let us identify your order.

  • The order number from your order confirmation.
  • The email address you ordered with.
  • Optional: number plate and order date, if you no longer have the order number.

What happens next

  • You immediately receive confirmation of your withdrawal by email, with the date, time and content of the declaration — on a durable medium.
  • We process the withdrawal and refund the payment within fourteen days of receipt at the latest, to the same means of payment.
  • If the vignette has already been fully obtained and you expressly consented during checkout to immediate performance, your right of withdrawal has expired under section 356 (4) BGB. We still review your case and get back to you; the refund rules are in section 8 of our Terms.
