Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us — [company name], [address], email [widerruf@domain.tld], phone [+49 …] — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. The fastest way is the “Vertrag widerrufen” page.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract (section 357 (8) BGB).

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

In the case of a contract for the supply of services, your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service, where performance began only after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract by us (section 356 (4) BGB).

You give this consent during checkout via a separate checkbox that is not pre-ticked. Without that consent we start performance only after the withdrawal period has ended — the vignette would then not be available in time for a short-notice trip.

Refunds outside the right of withdrawal

Even without a withdrawal we refund in the cases described in section 8 of our Terms — in particular where we failed to obtain the vignette in time, or where you report an error before we carried out the order.
