Before registration

As long as we have not yet registered the vignette with the operator, you can cancel the order — we refund the full amount. Write to us with your order number.

After registration

The vignette is valid and linked to your plate. A refund is then no longer possible: before paying you expressly requested that we start the service immediately (Section 356 (4) BGB). This also applies if you do not use the vignette.

Mistake in the plate or date

Before registration we correct it free of charge. After registration a change is technically not possible — contact us anyway, we will check what the operator offers.

A mistake on our side

If we registered incorrectly, we bear the costs and issue the correct vignette.
