Frequently asked questions
Is this the operator’s website?
No. We are an independent service and buy the vignette on your behalf from the respective operator (ASFINAG, SFDI, NÚSZ, NDS, DARS). The vignette is the same; we handle registration, checks and support in your language.
From when is the vignette valid?
From the start date you choose — even the same day. Registration with the operator usually takes up to 15 minutes. Only the annual vignette for Austria becomes valid no earlier than 18 days after purchase because of the withdrawal right.
How do I pay?
By credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The total price incl. VAT is fixed before payment.
What if I mistype my plate?
We check the format before payment and show the plate once more in large type before you pay. As long as the vignette has not yet been registered with the operator, we correct it free of charge — contact us immediately.
Do I need to print or stick anything?
No. The vignette is digital and linked to the plate. The PDF confirmation is enough.
Is there a subscription or automatic renewal?
No, never. Every order is a one-off purchase for the chosen period.
